| 摘 要： | 通过调查访问法和文献资料法的研究以及结合自己亲身参加教育实习的实践。对教育实习中实习生的政治思想表现，教学工作能力方面作了一些剖析，并分析其原因，同时提出自己的几点肤浅的建议和看法。希望能为系里今后深化教学改革抛砖引玉。
