普通高校高水平竞技人才管理现状的研究

本研究在总结国内外有关高校高水平运动队管理方式、方法的基础上,通过问卷调查,运用体育学、教育学、管理学、社会学、心理学等多门学科知识,对我国高校高水平运动队基本现状、管理方式、影响因素等方面进行了研究。并在此基础上,提出了高校高水平运动队参与式管理的创新性建议,为我国高校高水平运动队的管理优化提供实践依据,以提高我国高校高水平运动队的办队效率和效益;为我国竞技体育事业的良性发展提供人力资本和人力资源的支持。

The Research on the Administrative Status and Optimization Strategies of College High-level Sports Brigades

After an investigation of domestic and international college high-level sports brigades' administrative manners and methods, the present thesis carries out a research via questionnaires in terms of the basic status, administrative modes, influential factors and the attitude the college authority holds on high-level sports brigades by making use of the expertise in the multi-disciplines of physical education, education, administration, sociology and psychology. Based on the previous research, the thesis puts forward an innovative " Participating-in" administrative mode, which offers a practical model for the college high-level sports brigades in our country in the aspect of administrative optimization to improve the efficiency and benefits in setting up these brigades. It also provides our national competitive physical education career with a support in human capital and resources for its virtuous cycle of development.
