| 摘 要： | 石油安全对中国已形成巨大挑战，而发展石油替代燃料特别是生物燃油，将是立足国内确保石油安全的主要选择之一。本文从技术潜力和土地资源潜力的角度分析了能源农业、能源林业的发展前景及其突出的能源、环境、经济效益，并提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | China has been faced with great challenge of oil security. While developing the alternative fuel, especially biomass fuel, is one of the main self-supporting approaches to ensure Chinese oil security. Based on the analysis of technologies and land resources potential, the article presents a long-term outlook of energy-oriented agriculture, energy-oriented forestry and their 3E(energy, environment and economy) impacts. Finally, some suggestions are put forward. |
