摘    要:云计算技术的发展与成熟为跨平台数据资源的共享带来了福音,其强大的计算能力、高存储、低成本特征使得资源的共享变得更加切合实际需求。本文围绕电商企业客户信息管理中存在的问题,阐述基于云计算服务模式的客户知识共享资源库平台的构建思路,从平台的服务模式、资源管理和三层架构模型三方面论述平台的实现过程,详细介绍了平台的主要应用服务内容。最后通过基于该平台的RFM模型应用论证了基于客户知识共享资源库进行精准大数据挖掘的可行性。

Construction of Customer Knowledge Sharing Resource Library Platform Based on Cloud Computing

Abstract:The development and maturity of cloud computing technology has brought gospel to the data sharing on cross-platform, the characteristics of super-strong computing, high storage and low cost made resources sharing became more realistic. This paper analysed the problems existing in customer information management of e-commerce companies, elaborated the construction ideas of customer knowledge sharing resource library platform based on cloud computing. Introduced its implementation from the service model, resource management and three-tier model. Described the main functions of CKSRL platform. And finally through the application of RFM model based on this platform demonstrated the feasibility of big data mining based on CKSRL platform.
