摘    要:由于生物化学实验课程中实验项目设置相对独立,缺乏关联性、且实验项目相对老旧、没有紧跟生化技术发展前沿,针对性地开展了基因组步移的综合性实验教学模块,将基因组DNA的提取、酶切连接、引物设计、PCR反应等实验单元串联成一个有机整体。教学实践证明,以基因组步移为主线的模块化实验教学激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,拓宽了学生的科研视野,进而为学生将来走上工作岗位奠定了良好的科研基础。

Abstract:There are two outstanding problems in biochemistry experiment course.One is that experimental items are relatively independent and lack of relevance.The other is that the items are obsolescence which does not keep up with the development of cutting-edge technologies.We have developed a comprehensive experimental teaching module of genome walking.The module is composed of extraction of genomic DNA,enzyme and ligation,primer design,PCR reaction.The teaching practice proves that the entire experiments stimulated interest of students in learning,extended their scientific thinking,improves their ability of discovering,analyzing and solving problems.Furthermore,it has laid a good foundation for the students to go to work in the future.
