| 摘 要： | 通过对广西北部湾经济区沿海国际经济与贸易人才的现状,行业人才的需求分析,国际经济与贸易专业学生在实践能力方面与社会需求还存在着一定的差距.针对这一情况,北部湾经济区沿海高校应从国际经济与贸易专业人才培养的目标出发,办出地方特色,专业培养目标与岗位职业要求结合,课程设置、教学内容的调整与企业联合等,构建一个将实践教学贯穿其人才培养全过程的实践教学体系.
