| Abstract: | The unidirectional flow of human capital from poor rural areas increases the human capital storage of the inflow towns that take them and can speed up urbanization.At the same time,this flow is also slowing down the increase of human capital of the poor rural areas,widening the gap between countryside and towns,retarding the economic development and social civilization progress in the poor villages,and hindering their process of shaking off poverty and achieving prosperity. |
