| 摘 要： | 教育信息化给高校人才培养模式带来前所未有的冲击和挑战。本文从分析人才培养模式的基本理论着手，按照信息化背景下的人才培养模式新要求，提出人才培养信息化模式，并构建适应社会信息化发展要求的人才培养体系。
