论竞技运动员人力资本与产权价值

从产权经济学的角度,界定运动员人力资本及其构成要素。运动员人力资本的价值特征表现为阶段性、滞后性、短暂性、风险性、社会资本价值放大性和投资的多元性。运动员产权是指市场交易过程中竞技运动员所有的一系列权利组成的权利束,本质上反映运动员的社会经济关系。从产权价值的角度分析运动员人力资本形成与运动员产权价值实现的运行机制,并从制度和技术两个层面上提出完善我国运动员产权所涉及到的法律环境,运动员及相关主体共同治理保障竞技能力水平及收益双赢等对策。

Athlete human capital and property right value

Athlete property right refers to the rights possessed by the athletes in the process of transaction,reflecting the social economic relations of the athletes.This paper analyzes the basic elements and formation of athlete human capital and the operation mechanism of realization of the athlete property right value.The value is shown in different stages in a short period of time with risks,after the athletes have made great achievements.And its social capital value is amplified.Its investment comes from varied ways.In this paper,countermeasures as to legal environments,athlete and relative subject corporate security competitive level and profit win-win are put forward.
