| 摘 要： | 校企合作是培养具有应用创新能力旅游人才的重要途径。在旅游人才培养中构建"三全"双轨校企合作体系,采用灵活多样的方式,实现合作内容全方位深度融合;完善激励和培训机制,提高教师积极性和指导实践能力;通过"PDCA"全过程管理方法监督指导实习实践,提升学生在企业的适应力、学习力和创造力,全面、系统、科学地指导校企合作,培养出创新应用能力强、职业适应性强的优秀旅游人才。
