区域经济合作对中越边贸的衍生影响

中越边境贸易自1991年中越关系正常化之后发展迅速,但近年来区域经济一体化进程加快,东盟次经济合作区等超越地缘界限的区域经济合作的扩展以及2008年金融危机的发生,影响了中越边境贸易的走势。基于此,文章分析了以＂柬埔寨-缅甸-老挝-越南＂为主要代表的东盟次经济合作区与中越边境贸易进程的联系,论述了区域性经济合作对中越边境贸易产生的周边地区贸易传导、贸易差额区域分布、贸易业务转移及一体化程度等衍生影响。

A Talk on the Impact of Regional Economic Cooperation on Sino-Vietnam Border Trade

Sino-Vietnam border trade has developed rapidly since the normalization of relations between China and Vietnam in 1991.However,the acceleration of regional economic integration in recent years,the development of regional economic cooperation,including the sub-region economic cooperation zones of ASEAN,which oversteps the geopolitical boundary and the financial crisis of 2008,have affected the trend of Sino-Vietnam border trade.Based on the fact,this paper analyzes the contact between the sub-region economic cooperation zones of ASEAN chiefly involving ＂Cambodia,Burma,Laos,Vietnam＂ and the process of Sino-Vietnam border trade,discusses issues on regional economic cooperation for Sino-Vietnam border trade such as the trade conduction for the surrounding region,regional distribution in the balance of trade,transactions transfer,integrated degree,and proposes some personal viewpoint.
