影响陕西省高校高水平篮球运动发展的因素分析与对策研究

通过对陕西省有关专家和相关部门的访谈及问卷调查,对省各高校高水平篮球运动进行了研究,结果表明影响各高校高水平篮球运动发展的主要因素有管理体制不合理、招生制度不完善、训练时间不足、比赛机会过少、缺乏具有执教高水平篮球队的教练员、经费不足以及球队缺少自我造血能力等。这些问题如得不到有效的解决,将会直接影响队伍的生存和发展。

Research on High- Level Basketball Development in Universities in Shaanxi Province

Through the interviews and questionnaires with the experts and government departments related do the research on the situation of each university's high-level basketball team in Shaanxi province. The result indicates that the main factors which obstacle the development of each university's high-level basketball team are as follows: unreasonable control system, uncompleted enrollment system, the lack of the training time, real match chances, experienced trainers and budget, as well as the ability of the team's selfhelping. If these problems can't be solved efficiently, the teams' existence and development will be troubled. According to that, the author gives some countermeasures and suggestions.
