| 摘 要： | 学校管理包括对学生的管理和对教师的管理。对学生管理要突出素质教育的灵魂,对教师的管理要将制度管理和非制度管理结合起来,要以人为本,以情感为主,以制度为基础,做到情理交融,从而更好地实现学校的管理目标。
