基于RFID技术的图书馆服务模式创新研究

射频识别(RFID)技术在图书馆的应用使自助借还图书成为可能。RFID可对图书的馆藏位置实现精确指引,可显示图书乱架情况,能批处理借还图书,使图书安全管理更为高效。镇江船艇学院图书馆引进了RFID系统设备,在布局分配、流程优化、服务程式、岗位分工、人员管理等方面进行了创新式的探索,以期建立起适应新技术变革需求的图书馆服务新模式。

Research on the Innovation of Library Service Models Based on Radio Frequency Identification Technology

The application of Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) technology in libraries makes it possible in borrowing and returning books by oneself.It could show exact positions of books in libraries and disorder conditions of books.It could also borrow and return books in groups.For this,RFID technology makes book security management more effective.After introducing into RFID system and equipment,Library of Zhenjiang Watercraft College has made innovatory exploration in many aspects such as layout distribution, process optimization,service pattern,work assignment and personnel managment,so as to set up new library service mode which could adapt the need of new technology changes.
