浅谈大学生分层管理

为探索适应我国新形势下需要的高校学生管理新模式，通过问卷调查以海南某高校为例研究了我国高校学生管理，对我国高校学生管理面临的问题作了分析，并提出了大学生分层管理模式的构想，学生管理要在管理的针对性和有效性、对学生的服务和引导、学生管理体系的开放性和专业性、学生的个性化教育管理以及教育和管理并重等方面加强。

On Hierarchical Management of College students

For the purpose of exploring the management mode of college student to adapt to China＇s new situa- tion and by means of questionnaires, this paper takes a university in Hainan for example to study China＇s university students＂ management, analyzes the problems of management, and puts forward the idea of hierarchical management mode. Student management should be more purposeful and effective; service and guidance should be reinforced; the openness and professionalism of student management system should be enhanced; the students＂ individual education management should be strengthened; and equal importance should be attached to education and management.
