脉冲磁场对黄粉虫的生理影响

摘    要:用不同频率的脉冲磁场处理各个虫态的黄粉虫,发现成虫受脉冲磁场的影响较大.在50-120mT强度的稳定磁场和50Hz频率的脉冲磁场共同作用下,成虫的存活率显著下降,雌虫的产卵期缩短了10天,雌虫的产卵量显著下降.

Abstract:In the experiment, Tenebno molitor L in different growing phrases are put in pulsing magnetic fields with different frequency. The result shows that pulsing magnetic fields affect the Tenebrio molitor L in adult phrase more than others. Due to the together action of the stable magnetic fields(50 - 120mT intensity) and the pulsing magnetic fields(50Hz frequency), the livability of the Tenebrio molitor L. in adult phrase decreased noticeably. In the respect of female Tenebrio molitor L, the egg - laying season shortened ten days and the number of eggs laid decreased notably.
