我国女子三级跳远技术水平的现状分析与展望

本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法及归纳分析对比法等方法,分析了国内外女子三级跳远的发展现状,并对我国女子运动员主要技术问题进行研究探讨,结果显示我国女子运动员助跑速度较慢、速度利用率不高、大都采用了平衡式技术为我国女子三级跳远存在的主要问题,并提出相应的建议,以期对我国女子三级跳远今后的发展和训练提供一些理论参考。

On the Status Quo and Prospect of the Techniques of Chinese Women's Triple Jump

This paper,by reviewing previous related literature and adopting the methods of statistical and contrastive analyses,examines the status quo of women's triple jump(hop,step and jump)at home and abroad,and explores the major technical problems of Chinese women athletes.It is found that the average speed at which Chinese women athletes run before the hop is comparatively slow,resulting in the ineffective use of speed,and most athletes adopt the balance techniqur,which tum ort to be the main problems of Chinese women's triple jump.Based on these findings,the paper puts forward some suggestions in the hope that it can provide theoretical references for the training of Chinese women's triple jump and pave way for its future development.
