Inheritance and Oblivion of Lu Xun Thought in Essays by Zhao Yiheng

Lu Xun, as a public intellectual, had a thought that manifests a complicated pluralistic character in wide literature background and influences later generations profoundly. This paper discusses essays by Zhao Yiheng in relation to Lu Xun＇s thought, analyzing such ideas as reform and innovation, strong existence philosophy, misleading foreign literature and the other shore spirit as presented by Zhao Yiheng. And it explores the explicit and implicit inheritance and oblivion of Lu Xun thought in Zhao＇s essays.
