新时期高校大型仪器设备开放共享管理体系探索与思考

在总结国内外高校大型仪器设备开放共享管理模式的基础上,阐述了国内高校开放共享面临的主要困难,分析了构建新体系的必要性、紧迫性、可行性和经济性。结合具体高校实践,从创新管理体系、优化运行服务平台、引入多元评价、完善激励机制等方面构建基于“一体两翼三中心”模式的大型仪器设备开放共享新体系,更好地服务于教学科研、人才培养、社会需求和国家战略。

Exploration and thinking on opening and sharing management system of university large-scale instruments and equipment in new era

On the basis of summarizing the opening and sharing management modes of large-scale instruments and equipment at home and abroad, this paper expounds upon the main difficulties faced by domestic universities in opening and sharing, and analyses the necessity, urgency, feasibility and economy of constructing a new system. In combination with the practice of specific colleges and universities, a new opening and sharing system of large-scale instruments and equipment based on the mode of “One body, two wings and three centers” is constructed from the aspects of innovation management system, optimization of operation service platform, introduction of multiple evaluation, improvement of incentive mechanism, etc., so as to better serve teaching and scientific research, talent training, social needs and national strategy.
