面向创新人才培养的高校实验室建设改革

实验室是"双一流"大学核心办学的要素之一,是加快建设高水平本科教育不可或缺的基本条件。以山东大学为例,介绍了实验室建设和实践教学现状及存在的问题,并以问题为导向提出了高校实验室建设改革的指导思想、原则与目标。结合加快建设高水平本科教育、提高创新人才培养水平的具体要求,从理顺实验教学体系、加强实验室建设规划、推进实验室开放、提升实验技术队伍水平几个方面探讨了新时期实验室建设改革的路径和具体举措。

Reform on university laboratory construction for cultivation of innovative talents

Laboratory is one of the key elements of the “Double first-class” universities,and it is an indispensable basic condition for speeding up the construction of high-level undergraduate education.By taking Shandong University as an example,this paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of laboratory construction and practical teaching,and puts forward the guiding ideology,principles and objectives of the reform of laboratory construction in colleges and universities in accordance with the problems.In combination with the specific requirements of accelerating the construction of high-level undergraduate education and improving the innovative talent training,the paths and concrete measures for the reform of laboratory construction in the new period are explored from the following aspects:straightening out the experimental teaching system,enhancing the planning of laboratory construction,advancing the opening of laboratories and improving the level of experimental technical team.
