摘    要:针对机器视觉和机器人技术设备分散和功能单一等问题,开发设计了基于机器视觉的机器人智能分拣综合实验平台。将机电传动控制、气动控制、工程光学、图像处理技术、机器人控制技术等有机融合,可开设物料传送装置拆装测绘、光学图像采集系统搭建、单片机控制系统设计、真空吸附搬运分拣气动回路设计、手眼标定与形状匹配图像处理、机器人操作控制、上位机软件开发等实验。该实验平台体现了教学设备的先进性和创新性,有利于提高学生的工程实践和创新能力。

Abstract:In view of the problems of decentralization and single function of machine vision and robotic technology equipment in colleges and universities,a comprehensive experimental platform for robot intelligent sorting based on machine vision is developed.With the integration of mechanical and electrical drive control,pneumatic control,engineering optics,image processing technology and robot control technology,the experiments on the material conveyor disassembly,mapping,optical image acquisition system construction,single chip computer control system design,pneumatic circuit design of vacuum adsorption and sorting,hand-eye calibration and shape matching image processing,robot operation control,development of host computer software,etc.,are established.This experimental platform embodies the advanced and innovative nature of teaching equipment and is conducive to improving students’ engineering practice and innovation ability.
