高速动车组虚拟仿真实验教学资源建设与共享研究

摘    要:以CRH380系列动车组为研究对象,对高速动车组结构、组成、故障处理方法及检修工艺流程进行交互式虚拟仿真建模,开发出动车组运用与检修虚拟仿真实验教学资源。采用B/S架构搭建基于Web页面的在线共享网络平台,实现了高速动车组的模拟驾驶训练、虚拟装配训练、故障分析与诊断训练和检修工艺模拟训练,减少了实验设备费用、提高了实验教学效率。

Abstract:By taking CRH380 series EMUs(electric multiple units) as the research object, the interactive virtual simulation model of the structure, composition, fault handling method and maintenance process of high-speed EMUs is established, and the virtual simulation experimental teaching resources of EMUs’ application and maintenance are developed. An online sharing network platform based on Web pages is built by using the B/S architecture. The simulation driving training, virtual assembly training, fault analysis and diagnosis training and repair process simulation training of high-speed EMUs are realized, which reduces the cost of experimental equipment and improves the efficiency of experimental teaching.
