基于光纤光栅传感器的复合材料损伤探测研究

摘    要:利用布拉格光纤光栅传感网络,针对不同损伤面积的凹坑损伤进行了损伤探测。通过对无损试件与有损试件的准静态弯曲试验的对比研究,分析了FBG传感器探测损伤的范围。应用ANSYS有限元软件对其进行数值模拟计算,并将数值模拟的结果与测得的结果相对比,验证了探测结果的有效性。研究结果为应用光纤光栅传感器对复合材料构件进行渐变式凹坑损伤探测时的传感器优化布置研究提供了实验基础。

Abstract:Damage detection of pit damage in different damage areas is carried out by using the Bragg optical fiber grating sensor network. By comparing the quasi-static bending test of the non-destructive specimens with that of the damaged specimens, the damage detection range of FBG sensor is analyzed. The ANSYS finite element software is used to conduct the numerical simulation calculation, and the numerical simulation results are compared with the measured results, which verifies the validity of the detection results. The research results provide experimental basis for optimizing sensor placement in the progressive pit damage detection of composite components by using the Bragg optical fiber grating sensors.
