摘    要:设计了一种基于工业PLC的双电动机电伺服同步驱动教学实验系统。该系统融合了"等同式"同步算法、内外闭环控制理论、电伺服驱动技术、PLC控制技术、旋转编码器技术、现场总线技术和机电传动与控制技术,具有结构紧凑和机电一体化集成度高的特点,既可以完成机电传动控制实验、位移传感器技术实验和PLC控制实验等基础性教学实验,还可以实施现场总线实验、电伺服控制实验和双电动机电伺服同步控制实验等高科技水平的进阶型教学实验,具有一定的创新性和先进性。

Abstract:An experimental teaching system based on industrial PLC for the dual motor electric servo synchronous driving is designed. This system integrates the “Equivalent” synchronization algorithm,“Internal and external” closed-loop control theory, electro-servo drive technology, PLC control technology, rotary encoder technology, field bus technology and electromechanical drive and control technology. It has the characteristics of the compact structure and high integration of mechatronics, which can not only complete basic teaching experiments such as mechatronics drive control experiment, displacement sensor technology experiment and PLC control experiment, but also carry out the advanced teaching experiments of high-tech level such as the field bus experiment, electro-servo control experiment, electro-servo synchronous control experiment of double motors, etc.
