综合治理视角下的高校实验室安全管理体系构建

随着高等教育事业的快速发展,高校实验室面临的安全压力不断增大,构建更加科学、完善的实验室安全管理体系势在必行。该文分析了高校在实验室安全管理上面临的问题和挑战。在此基础上,以华中师范大学为例,从综合治理的视角出发,提出了组织体系建设、安全制度建设、安全文化建设、安全队伍建设、安全设施建设、信息化建设等6个模块整体推进的实验室安全管理体系。

Construction of university laboratory safety management system from perspective of comprehensive governance

With the rapid development of higher education,the safety pressure faced by university laboratories is increasing,and it is imperative to build a more scientific and perfect laboratory safety management system.This paper analyses the problems and challenges faced by universities in laboratory safety management.On this basis,by taking Central China Normal University as an example,and from the perspective of comprehensive management,this paper puts forward six modules such as the organization system construction,safety system construction,safety culture construction,safety team construction,safety facilities construction and information construction for the overall promotion of the laboratory safety management system.
