| 摘 要： | 高校实验室安全档案是高校实验室安全工作的原始记录,在安全工作中发挥着重要的价值与作用。调查发现,当前高校实验室安全档案建设工作存在档案意识不强、制度不全、整理不规范和开发利用不足等问题。针对存在的问题,提出强化实验室安全档案建设意识、健全实验室安全档案规章制度、加强实验队伍的档案技能培训和加强实验室安全档案开发利用等优化对策,为高校实验室安全档案建设工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | Laboratory safety archives are the original records of laboratory safety work in colleges and universities. They play an important role in safety work. The survey has found that there are some problems in the construction of laboratory safety archives in colleges and universities such as weak awareness of archives, incomplete system, irregular arrangement, insufficient development and utilization, etc. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward some optimization countermeasures such as strengthening the consciousness of laboratory safety archives construction, perfecting the rules and regulations of laboratory safety archives, enhancing the training of archives skills of experimental team, and strengthening the development and utilization of laboratory safety archives so as to provide reference for the construction of laboratory safety archives in colleges and universities. |
