| 摘 要： | 随着我国体育休闲研究的迅速发展，一些相关基础理论问题逐步受到人们的关注，休闲、体育和休闲体育三个概念的关系问题便是其中之一。本文从休闲的概念谈起，指出休闲必定成为历史的强然；再通过分析体育价值观的转变，进而得出休闲体育必定繁荣的结论。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the study about leisure and sports, people has been paid attention to some basic theoretical issues, such as the relationship of leisure, sports and the concept of leisure sports. From the concept of leisure, leisure become a historical necessity, through analysis of changes in sports values, then come to the prosperity of the historical basis of leisure sports. |
