| 摘 要： | 动作表象的形成是体育教学的重要任务 ,用内部语言“默念”是发展智力的重要手段。把发展智力的手段运用到太极拳教学当中去 ,不但能提高表象的清晰度 ,而且能加速动作的形成和巩固。
