| 摘 要： | 通过对我省竞技体育现状和未来发展的分析研究和思考，提出了我省竞技体育发展“缩短战线、突出重点、效益设项、稳步发展”的发展战略新思路，并提出三个层次的战略目标，构成我省竞技体育发展总的指导思想和基本战略方向，提出了对策体系，保证我省竞技体育事业的快速、持续、健康的发展。
