| 摘 要： | 文章运用比较研究的方法,对“直接适用的法”进行了深入的国际私法分析：明确了它与同样作为法律选择方法的冲突规范之间的关系,重新审视了直接适用的法的性质和规范结构,并指出其在司法实践中应该引起注意的两个问题。

| Abstract: | The paper proceeds to in -depth international private analysis towards law of direct application by comparison. The paper nails down the relation between conflict rules and law of direct application though they are both legal option methods. It afresh surveys the quality and the norm construction of law of direct application. Moreover it points out two problems which should be paid much attention to in judicatory practice. |
