地方高校经管类专业本科创新创业实践教学体系研究

实践教学是本科人才培养教育必不可少的重要组成部分。在"双创"背景下,通过分析实践教学的内涵和特点,梳理地方高校经管类专业本科创新创业实践教学体系存在的准备不充分、过程不完善及与社会需求脱节等问题,并以应用型、创新型人才培养为目标,以创新创业能力培养为主线,提出构建贯穿于人才培养全过程的创新创业实践教学体系、改革创新创业实践教学内容体系、完善创新创业实践教学保障体系、建立科学的创新创业实践教学考核管理体系和结合地方实际开展创新创业实践教学培养的改进措施。

Research on the Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Teaching System of Economics and Management Majors in Local Colleges and Universities

Practice teaching is an indispensable and important part of undergraduate talent training and education.Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation " by analyzing the connotation and characteristics of practical teaching,this paper sorts out the problems existing in the undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching system of economics and management majors in local colleges and universities,such as inadequate preparation,imperfect process and disconnection with social needs.With the training of applied and innovative talents as the goal and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurial ability as the main line,this paper puts forward some tentative ideas of improving,such as the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching system that runs through the whole process of talent training,the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching content system,the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching guarantee system,and the establishment of scientific innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching examination and management system,and the commencement of innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching training combined with the local reality.
