当代中国教师职业价值取向之偏差

摘    要:在我国现实社会中,人们对教师的认识仍然存在偏差,并严重影响到教师职业价值的充分体现,进而阻碍了学校教育改革的顺利推进.为此,本文在分析公众对教师职业认识偏差及成因的基础上,提出纠正这些偏差的方式与策略,以期为我国教育改革的顺利推进、教育教学水平的提高提供一些参考意见.

Abstract:In our country,there exists universal misunderstanding to teacher's profession,and these deviations have a serious impact on the full display of teacher professional value,which have hindered reforms in schools.Therefore,this article,based on analysis of these misunderstanding,puts forward some suggestions on ways and strategies to correct these deviations in order to provide some advisory opinions for our country's education reform.
