New Trend for the Educational Management in the New Century

The scientific view is an important dimension revealing the development of educational management in the past 100 years and it has become the urgent task of educational management to redefine the discipline mission and reflect on the object, system and method of subject research. In conducting the educational management research, we must make clear the relationship between fact and value, localization and internalization, theory and practice, as well as establish the view angles of ethics, multi-subject and history. As the micro representation of the new development trend of educational management in the new century, the school management research will have the following new trends: multi-concepts, concern with the principals' success and profession, emphasis on the concrete application of knowledge innovation, prominence given to the awareness of problems and attention to the moral ethics.
