新世纪教育管理学的新方向

摘    要:“科学观”是透析百年来教育管理学科发展的一个重要维度,而重塑学科使命并深刻反思学科的研究对象、体系及研究方法,已成为目前教育管理学科建设的紧要任务。教育管理研究应廓清“事实与价值”、“本土化与国际化”、“理论与实践”等之间的关系,确立“伦理视角”、“多元学科视角”和“历史视角”。作为新世纪教育管理学发展新方向的微观体现,学校管理研究将呈现以下新动向理念多元发展、关注校长成功和职业化、重视知识创新的具体运用、突现“问题”意识以及道德伦理向度渐受重视。

Abstract:The scientific view is an important dimension revealing the development of educational management in the past 100 years and it has become the urgent task of educational management to redefine the discipline mission and reflect on the object, system and method of subject research. In conducting the educational management research, we must make clear the relationship between fact and value, localization and internalization, theory and practice, as well as establish the view angles of ethics, multi-subject and history. As the micro representation of the new development trend of educational management in the new century, the school management research will have the following new trends: multi-concepts, concern with the principals' success and profession, emphasis on the concrete application of knowledge innovation, prominence given to the awareness of problems and attention to the moral ethics.
