| 摘 要： | 21世纪前10年北京市经济社会的快速发展，对体育专业人才需求发生了新的变化。依据这些变化，提出了培养适应北京市社会经济发展需求的高素质、强能力、复合型的体育专业人才的战略目标和实现这一目标的具体措施有：确立培养目标；调整课程结构；完善学分制；提高教师综合素质；加强教材建设；扩大研究生教育等。 |

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economic and society in Beijing in the first decade of 21st century, the need to special P.E. person changed. According to these changes, countermeasures are provided, e.g. Establishing cultivation purpose; adjusting course framework; improving teachers quality; strengthening teaching material building; enlarging graduate students education, etc. |
