Finding the Way out in Reform--The Study on Gradual Economic Reform and Social Policy in China

The reform in China has been in the step-by-step way for the past20years.The reform approach of dual systems and the reform strategy of incremental reform beyond system make the various social contradictions and potential social problems increasingly apparent,which demands us to improve and perfect the existing policy system and to establish a series of sober,effective and foresighted social policies in order to loosen social contradictions,accelerate social integrity and avoid social disorder.
