武警院校干部体型及体能状况调查研究

对4所武警院校干部体型及体能素质的数据统计显示：院校干部体型状况令人堪忧；心肺功能和腰腹力量是院校干部体能素质中的主要弱项；体型与身体素质密切相关。建议加大院校干部的体型监控力度，倡导健康生活方式，组织有针对性的身体训练，充分利用各种资源，确保武警院校建设的全面、协调、可持续发展。

Analysis and Research on Pyhsical Form and Pyhsical Fitness of Preliminary Command Institutions of CAPF Cadres

Statistics from the research carried out in four military academies on cadre figure and physical quality show that cadre figure is a worry nowadays and heart and lung function as strength of waist and abdomen is main weakness. The figure is closely related to physical quality, four suggestions are listed as followed： supervision on figure should be strengthened; healthy lifestyle should be welcome; special physical training should be organized; variety of resources should be taken good advantage of to make sure the all - round, harmonious, and sustainable development.
