农村女性人力资本投资的实证研究

人力资本投资是农村女性脱贫致富的关键,然而由于人力资本的教育投资周期长,投资主体与收益主体错位,已形成当前农村地区人力资本投资不足的状况,并成为解决三农问题的障碍。所以,为了实现社会公平和提高社会效率,加大对我国农村女性人力资本投入,还需强化政府在农村人力资本投资中的主导作用,加强农村女性劳动力的职业培训,建立终生教育体系,破除人力资本投资的文化障碍,促进传统性别文化向现代性别文化的转化。

Empirical Study of the Investment of Human Capital of Females in Rural Areas

Human capital investment is the sticking point for females in rural areas to alleviate poverty and become better off.While mostly due to the long period of the investment on education,the investors and beneficiaries mismatched and which has become the obstacle to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.So to realize the equality and promote the efficiency in society and increase the human capital investment to females in rural areas,the government should play a leading role as follows: enhance professional training to female workers in rural areas;set up life long education system; alleviate the cultural obstacles to human capital investment;promote the transformation of traditional sex culture to modern ones.
