| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国高校体育教学现状的调查和分析，提出了从健康第一的角度来审视我国高校竞技项目教材化改革与发展。立足于高校教学实际，论述了竞技项目教材化改革的迫切性、应遵循的原则和相应的对策，从而为我国高校体育教学改革提供了独特的研究视角。

| Abstract: | According to investigation on our college physical education condition, this paper puts forward that we should review the development and reform of teaching material of competitive events in our college sport from the prospect of health first. Based on teaching practice, the author discusses the corresponding measurement in order to provide a unique research perspective for college physical education reform. |
