| Abstract: | Combining with the construction of modern electronic technology laboratory center, this thesis analyzed the relationship from many aspects such as the input and output, the purpose and goal, and implemented the laboratory construction project post evaluation by using logical framework approach method. It is a useful attempt to strengthen the construction and management of laboratory project in colleges. |
