基于过程模拟技术的化工工程实验集成

摘    要:以醋酸-水共沸精馏模拟与优化综合实验为例,通过化工过程模拟技术的贯穿,实现化工专业工程实验的集成,从而加强了案例教学,使学生获得真正意义上的工程实践训练.根据不同阶段的实验内容,采用与之适宜的灵活多样的教学方法和实验教学模式将化工工程实验内容从验证型单一实验向设计型综合实验发展,其教学方法由典型实验的集约型管理到综合实验的粗放型管理过渡.实验考核的内容、方法、时机及评价尺度都要做出适当调整,以逐步建立起促进学生创新能力培养的新型考核机制.
