| 摘 要： | 仪器设备的高效管理和维护是实现国家重点实验室科技创新作用的基础.总结了作物生物学国家重点实验室大型仪器设备管理与维护的运行机制,探索了仪器设备正确选购、合理布局、规范使用和日常维护的方法体系,分析了规范的仪器运行管理制度对确保大型仪器设备高效、安全运转的作用.
