| 摘 要： | 金工实习是培养学生实践操作技能的良好平台,但传统的教学方式已不能适应现阶段人才培养的要求.结合金工实习教学的特点,从组织形式、实习内容、教学方法及实习管理等方面进行改革,实行开放式教学,注重学生综合素质及创新能力的培养,为造就高水平航空维修人员打下坚实的基础.
