设立实验室开放基金 促进学校仪器设备开放共享

高校仪器设备的开放共享要针对校内外需求,在制度保障和人力、资金、技术等条件的支撑下,建立长效的运行机制和体系,才能健康持续发展。清华大学通过设立实验室开放基金,资助教师使用基金管理系统内的仪器设备,调动教师和机组双方的积极性,促进仪器设备的开放共享。实验室开放基金管理系统经过20多年的建设、发展与完善,逐步实现了规范化、制度化、网络化和数字化,取得了良好的效果,对学校的科学研究和人才培养提供了有力支撑,是对高校仪器设备共享的有益探索。

Promoting the Opening and Sharing of University Equipment through Laboratory Open-access Fund

It has been widely acknowledged that opening and sharing system is the leading path to promote the utilization and efficiency of instruments and equipments.However,to maintain the sustainable healthy development of open laboratories,university instrument and equipment opening and sharing should meet the needs of on-campus and off-campus demands,and establish a long-term implementing mechanism and system supported by institutional,human resources,funding and technical conditions.Tsinghua University has promoted the opening and sharing of instruments and equipment by setting up laboratory open-access fund,supporting faculty to use instruments and equipment offered by the open-access fund,and stimulating the initiative of both the faculty and technical supporting teams.Through over 20 years of construction and development,the open-access fund management system has realized institutionalization,standardization,digitalization,and internetization,serving as a solid support for the scientific research and talent cultivation of the university,and providing insight into the development of the opening and sharing of instruments and equipment among higher education institutions.
