摘    要:目的:探讨油橄榄叶提取物(OLE)对铅中毒小鼠脑中单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性的影响。方法:选健康小鼠,每日灌胃醋酸铅溶液的同时灌胃不同剂量的OLE进行治疗,连续用药30 d,用比色法检测脑中MAO活性的变化。结果:与正常对照组相比,模型对照组和OLE治疗组小鼠脑中MAO活性明显升高。但小鼠灌胃OLE后脑中MAO的活性与模型对照组相比,明显降低。结论:OLE对铅中毒小鼠脑中MAO活性的增强具有抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective: to study the effect of olive leaf extracts(OLE) on monoamine oxidase(MAO) in mice brain with lead poisoning.Methods: The health mice were chosen and daily administrating with lead acetate and with different dose of OLE for 30 days.MAO activity in brain was determined by colorimetry.Results: Compared with control group,MAO activity significantly increased in model group and OLE treated group.MAO activity in OLE treated group was lower than that in model group.Conclusion: The lead-induced increase of MAO activity was protected by OLE in mice brain.
