| 摘 要： | 实验室建设是一个系统工程,建设质量的高低关系到资金使用效益、设备利用效果和实验教学质量。应用PDCA循环法,即计划、实施、检查、行动(或处理)这一科学的闭环管理程序,在实验室建设规划、设备选型、招标采购、工程验收、实验改革、实验教学及开放实施等一系列工作上,进行了深入的思考与实践。提出从实验室环境建设、教学资源建设,到实验教学实施的全流程应用PDCA循环法,获得了较好的成效。
