| 摘 要： | R＆V非竞争联盟是战略联盟的一种创新模式,在联盟组建中,合作伙伴的选择成为实现联盟资源整合成功与否的关键问题。为减少因伙伴选择而引发的联盟失败率,基于波尔的试错思想对R＆V非竞争性联盟合作伙伴的选择进行分析;同时,构建联盟伙伴选择的试错模型,并通过伙伴选择的价值判断计算式对伙伴进行选择;最后以阿迪达斯公司与腾讯公司的合作案例作为引证。
