| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育转型，要求高等教育向多元化的办学模式、多层次的人才培养模式发展。CDIO工程教育模式是近年来国际工程教育改革的最新成果，教师作为学校的中坚力量，在改革中扮演着重要的角色。从CDIO标准出发，分析CDIO工程教育模式对教师提出的要求，论述目前应用型本科院校中“双师型”教师培养过程中存在的问题，探讨了CDIO教育模式下教师成为“双师型”需要的若干关键因素，并指出建设“双师型”专业师资队伍已经并在今后一段时间内将成为我国应用型本科师资队伍建设的基本方向。
