师德评价误区及矫正

摘    要:师德评价是师德建设中的重要环节。科学、规范的师德评价能以正确的方向引导教师的道德行为,促进师德建设的发展。反之,则会误导教师的行为,阻碍和破坏师德建设。文章分析了目前学校师德评价中存在的误区,并就建立科学的师德评价机制进行了相关思索和探讨。

Abstract:Evaluation of teacher's professional ethics is an important part in the construction of teacher's professional ethics. Scientific and standard evaluation of teacher's professional ethics may lead to positive ethic behavior for teachers and speed up the construction of teacher's professional ethics. Otherwise, teacher's behavior will be misled and construction of teacher's professional ethics will be hindered and destroyed. This paper gives an analysis for misconceptions existing in the construction of teacher's professional ethics. Relative study and exploration concerning evaluation system of teacher's professional ethics have been conducted as well.
