| 摘 要： | 日本在2000年对国立大学的法人化改革进行了调查研究，并于2002年出台了最终报告。日本国立大学法人化改革中的人事制度改革，如职员身份定为“非公务员型”；校长的选拔由选拔委员会进行，听取社会各方面的意见；教师可以兼职、兼业等，都对我国高校人事制度改革具有一定的启示。

China can learn a lot from the reform of Japanese National Universities, especially about reform of personnel system, such as the status of staff, election commission, part-time job of staff, etc.. |
