摘    要:班主任助理制是加强学生管理特别是班级管理的有效途径。它可以弥补班主任工作中存在的薄弱环节。同时,锻炼并提高班主任助理的工作能力。它是一种双赢的机制,其优势与作用在于:缩短师生间心灵距离,有利于加强和改进学生思想政治工作,有利于开展班风、学风建设和班级日常管理。但在实施中要注意强化班主任的责任意识;防止班主任助理对班主任工作包办代替并要建立良好的班主任助理管理机制。

Abstract:A model of teacher assistant is an effective approach to manage the students and the new class.It might be make up the weakness that existed in the teacher's work and improve the teacher assistant's ability to work.It is a double-win system.Its advantages and functions are to shorten the psychological distance between teachers and students,to help for reinforcing and improving students' thought work,and for constructing a better class,which has well style of study and everyday management.But it is important that should establish system and standardization for the teacher assistant,such as reward rule;managing and evaluating rule so that it can make them more system and standardization.
